Bug reports, questions and feature requests are all welcome. There is no contact form and no tracking on this site, so email is the whole support channel.
Write to audits@wheelchairrampcalculator.com. Replies usually arrive within a few days, because this is a small independent project rather than a support desk.
Never attach a PDF you would not share publicly. If a file is needed to reproduce a bug, describe its structure, or send a minimal synthetic sample with the same problem. Thehow-it-works page explains which parts of a PDF the tool reads.
What to include in a bug report
- The browser and version you used.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact wording of any error message.
- Whether the file was encrypted, had a digital signature, or came from a scanner or an office suite — those details narrow things down quickly.
Feature requests
Tell me what you were trying to do, not only the feature you have in mind. The tool is deliberately small; the most useful requests are the ones that describe a real document workflow that the current version makes awkward.
Privacy of email
Email is handled by the mailbox provider, not by this site. Do not send passwords, private keys or documents you are not allowed to share.
